In a world order where it’s easy to feel swamped by the big guys, I guess what we may have over-looked, in this surprisingly happy result so far, was the importance to our clients of the relationship, family feel and individual care we’ve always loved providing at Bleyer. I personally have worked for Bleyer for 7 years now. There’s something about Caroline Peers and her attitude towards the team that stretches past business. As a team we’ve shared both meals out and jacket potatoes in her farm kitchen, enjoyed a relaxed yet hard working and highly respectful professional work ethic and nurtured care for the people who work for her and with her.
All of this seems to have infused how we also work for you our clients – I almost genuinely wrote lovely clients – because so many of you begin your connection with us over an in-depth phone call but often progressed to staying in touch with us as your Bullion Dealer. My best moments have been the meetings where we hand over your physical Gold and Silver in genuine pleasure of seeing someone begin a journey of self-enhanced wealth protection and independent financial planning. Many of you stay in touch and we very much value your thoughts and feedback – it’s how we grow as people and as a business.
As I wrote last year “I’ve often thought the business world is a self-regulating entity, which keeps its own perfect balance – if a company undervalues its customers they leave, therefore the company dies. If a company, which is also made up of people within itself, respects and values its customers, the company thrives. This, in turn, helps the people within the company, who – after all – are someone else’s customers. And so the circles intertwine.”
Now that winning this prestigious award may just be within reach – which does seem amazing in itself – we would love to humbly ask our customers, readership and family friends to help us by voting, after all, its word of mouth and family friends that have often been how our customer base has spread.
