The Mexican gold coin, better known as the peso, is a relatively inexpensive option for gold investors and interesting for collectors, it represents Mexico’s finest gold coin.
Throughout the 20th century, the famous Mexico City Mint produced the well known gold pesos containing 900.0 fine gold. They are available in several denomination including: 50 pesos (1.2057 troy ounces), 20 pesos (.4823 troy ounces), 10 pesos (.2411 troy ounces), 5 pesos (.1205 troy ounces), 2.5 pesos (.0602 troy ounces) and 2 pesos (.0482 troy ounces).
