Below are the general terms of our website shipping options, if you would like to talk with a member of our expert staff about the specifics of your order then please phone us during office hours on 01769 618618, we will be more than happy to discuss in detail special arrangements for delivery or collection.
1. Free Guaranteed Insured Post
We offer free insured shipping on all UK orders and choose a service appropriate for the value and weight of the parcel. Wherever possible, we aim but do not guarantee, to get in stock orders completed before 3.30pm to you by the next working day.
Heavy items (over 2KG in weight) are sent by courier and an extra day should be allowed. If you need something urgently please call us before you make your purchase.
All bullion products posted will be packed in oversized boxes or with extra padded packaging, we make it impossible for anyone to know what is one of our parcels without opening it. Please do not give the courier or postman details of the contents as this could compromise our service. If a parcel looks damaged or opened upon arrival, if possible please do not accept the delivery. Once a parcel has been delivered, liability passes from us to you.
Where available, every delivery will have a tracking number, you will be able to view the progress of your order through our website. We will send you an email once we have dispatched your item with details of your tracking or consignment number. You may also receive an email when the goods have arrived if sent by courier.
You accept that we share your contact details with the courier, postal service or our supplier so that they can provide services to both us and you and so that you can be contacted in relation to your order. They will not use your data for any other purpose.
For our insurance purposes, if you make a payment of a certain values via a credit or debit card, we will only be able to send your items to the registered card address. Exceptions may be given on occassion for trusted customers with whom we have dealt with previously. If you would like something sent to an address other than to your registered card address then please make your payment via a different method.
If we suspect that your transaction is of a fraudlent nature or does not satisfy our insurers requirements we reserve the right to hold back delivery until basic security checks have been passed. This may include but is not limited to providing transaction authorisation codes obtained from your card issuing bank, proof of address and certified copies of photo identification. Sometimes we need to prove that you are who you say you are, this will be a quick and painless process if you have nothing to hide.
2. In Transit Insurance
Your items are covered by us until they are delivered to your address. High value items will require a signature and all items are tracked.
If you choose to have your items left in a safe place then our insurance will be null and void. If you elect for your parcel to be ‘left safe’ then this is at your own risk.
3. Specific Date, International Shipping, Before 9am Or Saturday Delivery
If you require any of the above services please contact us by phone or email with details of the products you wish to buy and for foreign destinations, the country and postcode, so that we can provide a quotation. You may request delivery on a specific weekday (Tuesday to Friday only) at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain destinations or where insurance is unavailable.

Due to the active price changes in the precious metals markets we are unable to offer an exact sum until the day your goods are received by us. When you tell us what you wish to sell we should be able to give you an indication of what your goods will be worth, please call 01769 618618 for a valuation.
