SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms governing the dispatch, delivery, and return of bullion products, including gold, silver, and other precious metals.
1. COMPANY DETAILS
1.1. Bleyer Limited trades as Bleyer Bullion.

1.4. References to writing include email and other electronic communications.
2. BULLION QUALITY STANDARDS
2.1. Bullion products are valued primarily by weight, purity, recognisable brand and market tradability.
2.2. Bullion products may show minor marks, scratches, abrasions, tarnish, milk spots, handling marks or packaging wear.
2.3. Such characteristics are normal within the bullion trade and do not ordinarily constitute defects.
2.4. Cosmetic issues that do not materially impair authenticity, weight or purity shall not entitle return, rejection or compensation.
2.5. Products described as pre-owned, secondary market, ex-customer stock, damaged, impaired packaging or second quality shall be sold on that basis.
3. TITLE AND RISK
3.1. Risk in Products passes to you upon delivery, collection, or transfer into allocated storage in your name.
3.2. Legal title to Products remains with us until we receive full cleared payment of all sums due.
3.3. If payment is reversed, charged back or recalled, title shall remain or revest in us to the extent permitted by law.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery dates are estimates only.
4.2. We may use secure couriers, signature services, ID checks or collection procedures.
4.3. You must inspect Products promptly on receipt.
4.4. Any shortage, damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4.5. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather, security incidents or events beyond our control.
4.6. Bleyer insures packages whilst in transit.
4.7. We are unable to accept any liability for packages that have been delivered to houses of multiple occupancy, work addresses, PO boxes, a ‘safe place’, mail boxes or where a postal redirection is in place once signed for, or confirmed by our couriers as delivered to that address.
5. COLLECTION
5.1. Collection from Bleyer Limited may require advance appointment, ID verification and proof of purchase.
5.2. We will refuse release where identity or payment concerns arise.
6. SELLING ITEMS TO US
6.1. We may purchase items from you whether originally supplied by us or not.
6.2. Any quotation is subject to inspection, testing, authenticity verification, weight confirmation and market conditions.
6.3. Final prices may differ from indicative quotes.
6.4. We may reject counterfeit, altered, suspicious, stolen, encumbered or unsuitable items.
6.5. You warrant that you have legal title and authority to sell the items to us.
6.6. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are securely packaged to eliminate in transit damage. Failure to do so could impact the final value of your item(s).
6.7. Responsibility only passes to Bleyer once items have been safely delivered to our premises.
6.8. We endeavour to complete all transactions during the same or next working day.
7. COUNTERFEIT OR SUSPICIOUS ITEMS
7.1. If any item appears counterfeit, unlawfully obtained or suspicious, we may retain it pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
7.2. We shall have no liability for complying with legal obligations in this regard.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
8.1. Due to the nature of bullion prices fluctuating in financial markets beyond our control, statutory cooling-off rights do not apply to bullion orders where exemptions exist under applicable law.
8.2. Once accepted, bullion orders are generally final.
8.3. If we agree to a cancellation, you shall pay any resulting market loss, supplier charge, payment processor fee and administration cost.
8.4. Non-bullion accessories may be returnable only in accordance with applicable consumer law, provided unused and suitable for resale.
8.5. Custom, special-order or personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
8.6. Exchanges are at our discretion unless legally required.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS
9.1. If you initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal, you shall indemnify us for the transaction amount, costs, fees, collection expenses and legal costs.
9.2. We reserve all rights to recover Products or sums due.
10. GENERAL
10.1. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
10.2. Delay in enforcing rights is not a waiver.
10.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement except for any separate written agreement signed by us.
10.4. We may amend these Terms from time to time by publication on our website.
10.5. The version in force at the time of transaction shall apply.
