Shipping Options for Website Purchases 

Below are the general terms of our website shipping options, if you would like to talk with a member of our expert staff about the specifics of your order then please phone us during office hours on 01769 618618, we will be more than happy to discuss in detail special arrangements for delivery and collection.

Guaranteed Insured Post 

We offer free insured shipping on all UK orders, all our displayed pricing is fully inclusive of insured delivery generally via Royal Mail Special Devliery™ On occasion we also use different trusted 24 hour courier services or if the value of order is below £50 we might use Royal Mail Recorded First Class Delivery (1-2 working days). Orders placed before 3.30pm with cleared funds may recieve a next day delivery. Please be aware that sometimes we will be unable to fulfil every order on the same day for next day shipping. If you require a next day delivery please phone us before you make your order.

Deliveries via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ will usually arrive before 1pm the next day, if you require your item to be delivered on a specific date then please call or email us to let us know when to send it. We may send larger orders in multiple packages, sometimes on different dates for security, if this is the case we will let you know via telephone or email.

All bullion products posted will be packed in oversized boxes or with extra padded packaging, we make it impossible for anyone to know what is one of our parcels without opening it. If a parcel looks damaged or opened upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery, your parcel is fully insured by us until someone at your address has signed for it.

Where available every delivery will have a tracking number, you will be able to view the progress of your order through our website. We will send you an email once we have dispatched your item which will include details of your tracking or consignment number.

Please note: For our insurance purposes, if you make a payment of a certain values via a credit or debit card, we will only be able to send your items to the registered card address. Exceptions may be given on occassion for trusted customers whom we have dealt with previously. If you would like something sent to an address other than to your registered card address then please make your payment via a different method. If we suspect that your transaction is of a fraudlent nature or does not satisfy our insurers requirements we reserve the right to hold back delivery until basic security checks have been passed. This may include but is not limited to providing transaction authorisation codes obtained from your card issuing bank, proof of address and certified copies of photo identification. Sometimes we need to proove that you are who you say you are, this will be a quick and painless process if you have nothing to hide.

Collection/ Drop Off

To collect your purchase or to drop off any items that we are purchasing from you please phone or email us to arrange an appointment. Under no circumstances turn up at our office unnanounced, you will not be seen. We are more than happy to meet with you but operate to strict appointment only. We do not keep stock on site so you will need to tell us if you want to collect your goods and we will make the arrangements. To make an appointment please phone during office hours on 01769 618618 during office hours. Please note that we use 3rd party, secure storage facilities and stock is not kept on our premises. 

Ship Direct To Storage Facility

Returns Policy for Website Purchases

The Distance Sellers Act 2000 states that any business providing goods or services to consumers by mail order, telephone or internet must provide the consumer with a minimum term in which to return the goods or service.  Bleyer Bullion is a Financial service which is linked to fluctuating prices and is therefore exempt from the distance sellers act. 

Bleyer Bullion operates the following returns policy:


We promise to buy back any unwanted bullion on a percentage of the live spot rate. This will usually be around (but not limited to) 95-98% of the current spot price.  Due to the active price changes in the precious metals markets we are unable to offer an exact sum until the day your goods are received by us. When you tell us what you wish to sell we should be able to give you an indication of what your goods will be worth, please call 01769 618618 for a valuation.

Damaged Goods

Bleyer is highly regarded in the precious metals market for providing the best customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any product which you have received from us then please give one of the friendly Bleyer team a call directly on 01769 618618, you may prefer to write an email to [email protected], please be descriptive and if possible include some pictures. 

Returning goods by post

When mailing goods of siginificant value we highly recommend that like us you purchase the correct amount of insurance to cover the full value of the item. Bleyer will not be held liable for any goods which don't reach us. Please make sure that you send us any tracking details and let us know when to expect any incoming parcels.
