The gold coin is available in five denominations: one ounce (100 Euro), half ounce (50 Euro), quarter ounce (25 Euro), tenth of an ounce (10 Euro) and twenty fifth of an ounce (4 Euro). The silver version is available as a one ounce (1.50 Euro) coin. The platinum version is available as a one ounce (100 Euro) coin and a twenty fifth of an ounce (4 Euro). Coins are made of 999.9 pure gold, 999 silver or 999.5 platinum and have a face value in Euros.
The Philharmonic gold coins are VAT free. All of the Philharmonic coins are legal tender in the EU so therefore likely to benefit from Capital Gains Tax exemption in the EU.
