£5 100th RAF Anniversary Coin Design
This gorgeous coin features the front section of a Hawker Harrier GR Mk3, as flown by 1(F) squadron. The depiction is in front of the coloured red, white and blue Union Flag. Each of the coins in this series feature the front section of an iconic British aircraft, struck in relief.
The obverse of the coin, has a right facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II in the center. The words “H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH II TRISTAN DA CUNHA 2018” are embossed around the edge of the coin.
