The Queen’s Beasts gold coins are a series of ten coins issued by the Royal Mint from 2016 to 2021. The coins depict ten mythical beasts that were used as heraldic supporters for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.

In April 2021, the Royal Mint issued an eleventh “Completer Coin” that featured all 10 of the Queen’s Beasts, taking the series to 11 coins in total.

Engraver Jody Clark designed the entire series.

The obverse features the fifth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The initials of artist Jody Clark appear just below the portrait.
