This is a pre-owned 2020 Centenary of the Unknown Warrior gold proof Double Sovereign coin issued for Tristan da Cunha. The reverse features a detailed soldier design surrounded by poppy flowers, with the inscription: “At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”
Struck in 22-carat gold, the coin commemorates the 100th anniversary of the burial of the Unknown Warrior. It is supplied with its certificate of authenticity and presentation display case.
